I know there is a healthy skinny girl diet out there that has the same kind of calorie plan but allows more calories like 800-1000. You can probably find a list somewhere. Good luck to you too!!!!!

Today is such a crappy aggravating day. I honestly hate just sitting here all day everyday not doing much. I hate not having a job :( like it really is getting pretty insane in my head not having one. I want to be as independent as I used to be working full time and just having money to do what ever I wanted. Living in Cali has been such a stupid nightmare for me now a days. Josh and I have chalked up the move here to being a semi good thing because we got to start our Youtube channel which I do enjoy but I don’t have money to do stuff and people are always constantly looking for more content in our daily vlogs.. I have no money to do anything so why just film myself sitting in the apartment exercising or just watching tv. I feel like everyone thinks that I’m lazy and I enjoy sitting home all the time. If there wasn’t such a horrible job market out here I would have a good job like my old one. I just want to move back and get my old job back. I miss my friends and my family and I just want my old life back. All I can do is just waste my day away with exercising and being concerned about what I eat because I have nothing else to do. I’ll just keep doing that and counting down the days until I get to go home for Christmas.

So I have started the Skinny Girl Diet and am currently on day 5.. I feel like I should be including the calories for vegetables and fruits for my daily intake. Would love to know how many of you do or do not include the calories from fruits/veggies. Any advice is appreciated.
